Nudge Marketing is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer & Video Editor to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand. In this role, you will design eye-catching graphics and create engaging videos to support our digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and client projects. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to ensure our visual content tells a compelling story and enhances brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphics Design
- Develop visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design promotional assets like infographics, ads, brochures, and banners, maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create unique visual concepts that support our campaigns.
- Ensure all graphics adhere to Nudge Marketing’s brand identity, using consistent fonts, colors, and styles.
Video Editing
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- Combine raw footage, graphics, music, and sound to produce engaging video content.
- Develop short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, tailored to capture audience attention.
- Enhance video quality with transitions, graphics, animations, and other effects to make content dynamic and on-brand.
Project Coordination
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure visual and video content aligns with campaign objectives.
Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to improve and refine final products.
Brand Development
Contribute to and maintain Nudge Marketing’s visual brand guidelines.
Stay updated on design and video editing trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Explore and propose new content ideas to improve our visual and multimedia marketing efforts.
Skills
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Graphics Designer & Video Editor in a professional setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects); familiarity with motion graphics is a plus.
Design & Editing Knowledge: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and video storytelling techniques.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with team members.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring all visual elements are polished and professional.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
