Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled Executive Secretary to provide essential administrative support to our executive team at HybridDot. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence, including emails and calls.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain the executive’s files, records, and other confidential information.
- Assist in planning and executing events, conferences, and business meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive team.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for consideration and presentation by executives.
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications on behalf of the executive.
- Provide administrative support in various personal and business matters.
Qualifications
- Strong clerical skills and experience in company secretarial work.
