1. Procurement Manager

Kinetic is working with a leading Renewable Energy company who are hiring a Procurement Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to

  • Planning and managing the execution of all purchases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Providing the management with the best purchase options and best practices to utilize company resources
  • Managing the relations with business partners to deliver the required objectives in a timely and effective manner such as Supplier Registration, Supplier Evaluation, Supplier Categorization, Supplier Development
  • Lead procurement policy and system strategy development and implementation.
  • Managing the team performance by providing coaching, performance evaluation, and effective communication to ensure the team’s KPI achievements.

Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  1. Minimum 5+ years of procurement experience within the Energy & Sustainability Industry.
  2. Extensive supplier management experience.
  3. Strong communication, strategic, and leadership skills
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  5. Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
