1. Sales Representative

At Urban Solar Pvt Ltd, we are actively seeking for an energetic and results-driven Solar Advisor. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our solar solutions to businesses and homeowners. We are looking for candidates with a background in solar sales, though experience in sales from any industry or call center will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized solar solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Present and explain financial options, including incentives, tax credits, and financing programs.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and contracts.
  • Close sales and ensure a smooth transition to the project management team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Meet/ exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Qualifications

2. Admin Intern

CARE started its operations in Pakistan as CARE International in Pakistan (CP) in 2005 and is currently registered in the country with the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and Economic Affairs Division (EAD). Since our establishment, CIP has worked across all geographies in Pakistan – from the most vulnerable remote areas to developed urban cities – to support people in overcoming poverty through creating opportunities for self-reliance. Our entire staff is locally recruited and works in accordance with the humanitarian principles of impartiality and neutrality.

INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVE

Consistent with the CIP’s culture to promote and foster a learning environment, the internship program is designed to provide a limited number of undergraduate/graduate individuals with opportunities to obtain practical work experience. Interns will be closely working with the relevant department of CIP on a full-time basis, in Islamabad Office.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping for shipments, inventory, and other logistics-related information. The intern will assist in organizing data in excel and filing system.
  • Support Order Processing: Processing and tracking orders from vendors, suppliers, or internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support Transportation/Fleet Coordination: Assisting in coordinating among fleet members, arranging pick-up and delivery, and tracking shipments’ progress.
  • Warehouse Operations Support: Assisting in warehouse operations, such as organizing and optimizing storage space, handling inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Data Entry and Analysis: Entering data related to logistics operations into computer systems and maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments. Assist in data entry, preparing reports and presentations.
  • Assist in Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Communicating with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, track orders, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Working with other departments such as procurement, finance to ensure smooth logistics operations and effective communication.
  • Assisting with Inventory Management: The intern will be involved in tracking and managing inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
  • Ad-hoc Work: Assisting with other ad hoc work as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • A) Education/Training
  • Minimum Bachelors/ in Business Administration or related field ( Fresh graduate)
  • C-Technical Skill

Proficiency in computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point);
Excellent written and spoken English, Urdu.
D) Competencies: Respect, accountability, interpersonal skills, customer focus, innovation, stress tolerance, collaboration, teamwork

II. Contacts/Key Relationship: The incumbent is expected to collaborate with all CARE Pakistan field office and CO staff.

III. Working Conditions and Level of Travel Required.

The position will be based in Islamabad.
