1. Saudi/Gulf Operational Language Analyst
CACI is seeking mission focused Saudi/Gulf Operational Language Analysts to join a team of dynamic Intelligence Community professionals supporting cryptologic National Security objectives!
Specific labor category will be determined by proficiency scores, years of applicable experience, and education level.

- You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with poly
- Language test scores taken within the last two (2) years equivalent to the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Skill Level 3 in Listening OR Reading
- Minimum of four years applicable language experience + a bachelor degree
- Eight years’ applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Must be CONUS, permanently, to be considered
- Native speakers with SIGINT experience are preferred
- Applicable experience includes:
- Scanning, sorting, and/or categorizing foreign language materials
- Recovering essential elements of information
- Rendering translations and/or transcripts based on straightforward, factual written and/or spoken material
- Gisting of straightforward, factual written and/or spoken material
- Compiling and updating operational working aids and databases
- Drafting SIGINT reports
- Relevant military MOSs: 35P, 1N3X1, 1A8X1, CTI, 267X or equivalent

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 – $165,300

Job Summary
The Operations Engineer supports daily operations, including troubleshooting, increasing operational effectiveness and efficiency of production unit, overseeing equipment resources, debottlenecking, resolving performance gaps, and production loss accounting.
How You Can Be the Impact
- The Operations Engineer is responsible to ensure the plant provides maximum unit availability in a safe and economical manner by providing support to plant personnel using available resources, by interfacing/coordinating with Supply Chain and SAP Data Owner and by helping to identify employee development opportunities and participating in operator training and certifications.
- Provide off-hours coverage and support when necessary.
- Provides technical support to the unit/site to ensure the unit meets all ISO, PSM, and other external and internal regulatory requirements, including SOP and safety.
- This includes, but is not limited to participating in PHAs, HAZOP’s, executing MOCs, investigating incidents, and owning closure of appropriate action items (ATS).
- Support Tactical Production Engineering Needs by collecting and analyzing unit operating data, conducting routine checks, performing Complex Trouble-Shooting/Debottlenecking/Root Cause Analyses on performance gaps with Cross-Functional Team(s) and implementing corrective actions/solutions, overseeing quality of PGRs and their resolution.
- Provide primary interface with Supply Chain resources as subject matter expert. Provide oversight to production plan, high level production schedule development. Ensure plans are fully coordinated.
- Support unit outage and turnaround activities including all coordination with the Supply Chain Teams.
What Matters to SABIC
- BS/MS Degree in an Engineering discipline. Chemical Engineering degree desired. Or BS/MS in a Technical degree with 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Working knowledge of Process & Production Safety Management.
- Working knowledge of Industrial Codes & Standards such as ASME, API, NEC, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement long-term strategies focused on reliability improvement.
- Working knowledge of Lean Concepts as they apply to manufacturing systems.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Black Belt Certification a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
